在Ubuntu系统环境下安装宝塔，会碰到这个问题，输入命令会报出如下错误：

command-not-found version: 0.2.44
导致很多命令都没法执行，后来查得，可能是语言的问题，安装的时候选了中文，有可能是此原因导致。
解决办法，按条输入以下命令即可：
export LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8
export.UTF-8
export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
locale-gen en_US.UTF-8
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
问题即可解决。
